Download the ppd file
Download the ppd fileand select it in the filebrowser and click Next

This printer is reachable via the network at 172.30.0.188
Under network printer select SHARP MX-4101N and click Next - If it's not on the list, just wait a moment for the network scanner to finish.
Select - PDD file and click next
Download the ppd file and select it in the filebrowser and click Next
Setup printer options as below and click Next
Give the printer a name and placement if you wish.
A printer setting dialog will popup and should look like this, if not see next picture.
If a dialog with Output conflicts pops up, go to printeroptions
Set output as on the picture.
When finished click OK - The printer is now setup, try to make a test print and be happy.
Mac OS X Install
Download the driver image file (for either OS X 10.9 or for older versions of OS X), mount it and start the installer by opening the MX-C26.pkg file. Please note that the following instructions have only been verified on OS X 10.9.
Accept the license.
Open Printers & Scanners from System Preferences.
Click the small plus sign (+) below the printer list.
Select Add Printer or Scanner... from the menu (Do NOT select the automatically discovered SHARP MX-4101N no matter how tempting it may be).
Select the automatically discovered SHARP MX-4101N from the list.
Click the Use: menu and choose Select Software... from the drop-down menu.
Select the SHARP MX-4112N PPD (this is as close to the 4101N as you can get) from the list.
Wait for OS X to configure the newly added printer.
Click Options & Supplies...
Select Options, enable the options as shown below and click OK.
